2. Check the turbocharger. Check whether the new turbocharger model is suitable for the engine. Turn the turbocharger rotor by hand and it should operate freely. If the impeller is sluggish or there is a feeling of rubbing against the shell, it should be installed after finding out the reason.
3. Check whether there are sundries in the inlet pipe of the compressor and the exhaust pipe of the engine in front of the turbine to prevent sundries from damaging the impeller.
4. Check the supercharger inlet and return pipelines. Supercharger into the return pipeline to be clean, into the return pipeline can not be distorted blocking. If the oil inlet and outlet of the supercharger is sealed with gasket, check whether the gasket is corroded or deformed. The gasket shall not block the oil inlet and outlet.
5. Pre-lubricated supercharger. The supercharger is installed on the engine, and the oil pipe is not connected for the moment. First, clean oil is added to the supercharger from the inlet port, and the bearing of the supercharger is filled with lubricating oil by rotating the rotor by hand before connecting the oil pipe.
